I think that the movie Mona Lisa Smile would be about how a young girl fresh out of high school into college gets married. She dreamed of being married and starting her own family. She missed a few days of college because of her marriage. Her and her professor has issues because of the fact that she did get married. Maybe whatever she goes through in this movie she still intends to smile through everything.
