Stress
I honestly didn't know I was stressed until I took a quiz and got 17 out of 24 that stated that I am in a danger zone. Most people don't realize they're stressed until they've did something crucial. I am stressed out at home and at school. I live in a house with 5 people until the weekend comes and my other 2 sisters and nephew comes home. They go to different schools. Its always loud , no privacy, never quiet, no space and no alone time unless I leave and take a walk for a few hours. I have chores that have to been done on a daily basis let alone tons of homework. Its alot to do in one day , everyday. With everyone in the house there's lack of attention from my parents towards me , so I try to get attention from my boyfriend . My relationship and relationships period stress people out. Sometimes you want space and sometimes you want attention. I came off extremely rude towards my boyfriend one time and didn't mean it. My intentions are go to bed at 10 and wake up and 5:15, but it never happens. I have so much to do during the day I go to bed later than I intended to. I get home around 5 so when I get home, I get a snack, do my homework, do my chores, talk to my grandma for a few , eat dinner, shower, iron my clothes for the next day, then try to sleep. People say stress can drive you crazy. I don't think I've gone crazy just yet. The way I deal with my stress is by taking a deep breathe, put my headphones in & listen to music, call my great-grandma, or just think about the good things of the reasons I'm stressed out. I'm stressed because of family and school. Some people don't even have a family or any educational at all so I'm grateful of my stress believe it or not. I don't like stress but I think about the positives and negatives of stress. Its not good to stress but its only so much a person can take in.
